Standard Equipment Information |
 Single
location remote depth control, conveniently located at the
front of the disc, makes it easy to fine tune depth adjustments.
Return to the same depth after each pass or change depth from
field to field in a matter of seconds. New remote valve features
an improved striker of heavier material for more durability.
Handy transport lock is located right next to the depth controls
|
Rear gangs feature tapered blades to eliminate
ridging. Bolt-on extension spool and furrow
filler blade are standard equipment on
4995 Series discs. |

 Five
inch wide rigid scrapers are heat treated and hot formed from
the same high carbon steel we use in our disc blades. The
result is an extremely strong and efficient scraper that resists
wear. The wide design keeps wet soil from building up on the
blades. You can adjust each scraper individually or move the
entire gang of scrapers at the same time. |
 Even
the wing fold hinges on the 4995 Series discs display the
Krause commitment to quality. Massive 1 1/2" x 15"
hinge bolts distribute folding forces over a wide area...
not concentrating them in a narrow hinge like some competitive
designs. Krause's durable design utilizes replaceable bushings
and the hinge bolt is pinned to prevent it from turning, adding
even more durability! |

Gauge Wheel Group
Packer Hitch
Optional wing gauge wheel group provides added flotation
and protection against gouging in soft, rolling or terraced
terrain. Tires are 20.5" x 8", 6-ply. Easy
ratchet adjustment.
Add a Krause 3-Row Tine Harrow for a finishing touch
on your freshly tilled soil. Krause harrows feature
rugged 7/16" diameter tines for long wear and are
16" long for high residue handling capabilities.
Smoother residue distribution and better chemical incorporation
are excellent reasons to add a tine harrow to your Krause
disc. |
