The
Krause 4700/4750 Series High Residue Row-Crop Cultivators
were designed for high-residue ridge-till and minimum tillage
cropping systems.
These innovative cultivators were the first in the industry
with time saving "wrenchless" sweep and coulter
depth adjustments. The close-coupled design of the 4700/4750
Series insures maximum tractor stability. Individual gangs
are of heavy-duty parallel link construction and feature dual
adjustable down pressure springs. Add a set of Krause's exclusive
Rolling Disc Shields to the 4700/4750 that manage residue
flow and resist plugging and you'll have a Row-Crop cultivation
package that can't be beat!
The 4750 Series (the subsoiling version of the 4700)
offers the unique ability to inter-row rip while cultivating...
a productivity boosting feature that really pays off in irrigated
ground!
By reducing soil compaction and improving water infiltration,
run-off losses are reduced. The subsoil shanks are a natural
for injecting anhydrous ammonia with the accessory fertilizer
tubes offered by Krause. |

Four setting adjustments offer a range of 4" to 10"
below the soil surface.

The
4750's adjustable depth inter-row ripping shank sets it apart
from all other high-residue cultivators. It features a trip
link reset, chromium carbide tip and wear bar and utilizes
replaceable lay shares. The operator can rip with all gangs
or choose to rip only in tractor tracks or cultivate normally
with the shanks in the raised position. |
