Big, sturdy frame of 3" x 4" steel tubing features all-welded construction with extra reinforcing at all stress points. Gang beams are 3" x 5" steel tubing for additional strength.

Heavy duty, spring-cushioned hitch is made of two 2" x 5" steel tubes. Hose carrier, jack, and clevis type hitch (1 1/4" pin hole) are all standard equipment. Available as options are tongue type hitch clevis with 1 1/2" pin hole.

Adjustable front and rear gangs can be locked at three different angles. Front gangs have positive adjustments of 15°, 18°, and 21°. Rear gangs have positive adjustments of 12°, 15°, and 18°.

Staggered, overlapping front gangs eliminate the strip of uncut ground left by conventional disc harrows. This feature also allows uniform cutting action across the full width of the unit, providing excellent chemical incorporation.

Flotation tires (9.5L x 15") are mounted on 15" x 8" wheels as standard equipment. Dual 9.5L x 15" tires are optional for larger units. Hubs are precision machined and regreasable with beg 2" spindles to provide years of dependable service.

Depth is hydraulically controlled with a 4" x 8" hydraulic cylinder, which operates the big 4" rockershaft. Wheel arms are constructed of two reinforced steel members for added strength.

Rugged scraper assembly is mounted high on the frame for optimum trash flow. The entire assembly is fully adjustable.

Notched outrigger blades with loop type trash guards are standard equipment. They eliminate ridges left by the front gangs for a uniformly level field.

Trail hitch is standard equipment. It may be used to pull a grain drill, packer or any other tool used in conjunction with tandem disc harrows.

Big tie rods and heavy cast iron spools provide the strength needed for heavy discing. The 1 1/2" alloy tie rods have a nut at each end for ease of servicing. Heavy cast iron spools are precision machined for a tight fit against disc blades. High carbon 22" plain or notched blades are available in a choice of thicknesses.
